Indenture of demise made at Bobenhulle, 18 April, 10 Richard II, by William Craule, prebendary of the church of Bobenhulle in the cathedral church of Lichfield, to John de Catesby, of all the tithes, etc. to the said rectory belonging within the parish of the town of Bobenhulle, except that William Pavy may have all the arable and meadow till Michaelmas; to hold the site and close of the rectory, with all tithes, greater and lesser, for one year from the day of date, and the said arable and meadow from Michaelmas for a year; paying no rent; the prebendary to pay all charges on the church and arrears due to the king, the church of Lichfield, etc. Warwickshire.
