Description

Feoffment by Walter le Neue, of Wilburham, to Walter son of Philip, of Wilburham, for his homage and service, and for 6 marks in gersum, of 6a. land there, to wit in 'Dedechirlesfeld,' 'Middelfeld,' 'Kaumbesfeld,' 'Windmullefeld,' abutting on Bodekesham field, land of William Talemasch, etc, to hold, etc, religion excepted (excepto loco religionis); rent, 12d. etc, saving the foreign service belonging to a croft and a half. Witnesses: Sir William Talemasch, and others (named). Cambridgeshire.
