Counterpart of demise by Julian de Hastynges, countess of Huntyngdon, and lady de Leybourne, to William Asston, her groom, for life, for service rendered, of a messuage, with buildings, in Esshettesforde, which came to her as an escheat on the death of John de Middilbroke; rent, 2s. Kent. Preston, 22 February, 30 Edward III. Witnesses: Sir Simon de Geynesb', Sir Thomas de Wotton, and others (named).
