Feoffment by Walter (Walt') son of Walter (Galt') de Badewe to William Spek, for his homage and service, of 10½a. land in the parish of Borham, whereof 5½a. in 'Suthfeld' next land of Richard de Monasterio, etc. and 5a. in 'Bradefeld' etc.; rent, 26d. for all service, save 2d. to a scutage of 20s., more or less; consideration, 2 marks in gersum, and to Alice, his wife, 6d., and to his heir 6d. Witnesses: Hervey Ridel, Philip his brother, and others (named). Essex.
