Grant in pure alms by Gilbert son of Robert to God and the church of the Holy Cross of Waltham, and the canons there, of 20d. rent which he received from Hervey Ridel for a tenement in Borham, with the homage and service of the said Hervey, to wit, for the croft called 'Huniland' and for the messuage and its appurtenances. Witnesses: William de Culeworth, Robert de Borham. Robert son of Walter de Springefeld, and others (named). Essex.
