Feoffment by John son of John le Freg to John son of Walter de Welles of a virgate and a half of land with a house (vana, ? vacua, domo) thereon, in the hundred of Prestone beside Wynggeham, in a place called 'at Hundepette,' next the common drift way (droram), etc.; consideration, 12s. Kent. October, 19 Edward II.
