Feoffment by Nicholas son of Reginald the smith (fabri) of Berkeswelle to John son of Rondulf de Bech of Berkeswell and Agnes his wife and their heirs of la. l½r. with a quarter of ½r. land, which descended him on the death of his father Reginald, whereof two selions lie together by the road from Berstone to Coventre, and the residue, etc.; rent to the chief lords 5¼d. Warwickshire. Sunday after St. Hilary, 4 Edward II.
