Feoffment by John son of Richard de Scharpeclyf of Ipstones to Richard Wylde and Richard de Lylshull, chaplains, of a messuage, with land, etc. adjacent, within the fee of Chetelton which William son of Adam Poleson formerly held; also of a messuage in the said fee, with land etc. adjacent, which he had by the feoffment of William son of Richard de Schawe, called 'Schawe'; also of a meadow in the said fee called 'Hondemor,' which descended to him on the death of Richard de Scharpeclyf, his father; also of a meadow under Scharpclyf called 'Cloghtmeduue.'
