Chirograph indented being the memorandum of an agreement between Sir Hugh le Despenser and Walter de Langeton, bishop of Coventry and Lichfield, to wit that the said bishop may close the deer leap descending from his park of Terven into the said Hugh's park in his manor of Barewe and keep it closed while bishop of that see. Witnesses: Reginald de Grey, John de Grey, Hamo de Macy, Richard de Macy and Ratph de Vernoun, knights, and others (named). Cheshire.
