Description

Counterpart of demise by John Reskemer and Joan his wife to dame Alice Fortescu of a yearly rent of 4l. 7s. 10d. out of all their lands etc. in the county of Cornwall which formerly belonged to Robert Cayell, esquire; to hold to the said Alice for the term of the life of Philippa Carmynow, widow. Cornwall. 13 March, 13 Henry VII.
