Indenture of demise by Richard Carnsuwyow to Roger Mercer of Penryn and Maud his wife, of a park of land which the said Roger held of him in the land of Treghembys, with a free way from the head of the lane called Bondenas, etc. with turbary (unam dietam turbar') in the moor of Tremogh', which was common between him and Rose de Tremogh', paying her half the price; to hold for twenty-four years; rent, 10s. and suit to his court of Carnsuwyow. Endorsement. Cornwall. Sunday the morrow of St. Philip and St. James the Apostles, 1 Henry VI.
