Description

Indenture being a feoffment by John Otheleshoo of Colchester, Thomas Shorthose, John Newman, and William Musket of Sudbery, to John Hunne, Henry Tumour, John Vyne, William Jacob the younger, John Tille, 'dyere,' and John Aylof of Sudbery, of a messuage in Sudbery called anciently 'Darreeshalle', wherein Richard Othleshoo, father of the said John, dwelt in his lifetime, in the parish of All Saints, in Crostret, next the tenement of John Tille, 'wevere,' which they jointly had by the feoffment of William Randull, John Tille, 'wevere,' Nicholas Bocheer, William Hereward and John Roberd of Sudbery, the said John Hunne to pay the said John Otheleshoo 35 marks within seven years, 5 marks yearly, over and above 5 marks paid in hand. Suffolk. Michaelmas 18 Henry VI.
