Indenture to lead to the uses of a fine between John Archer, esquire, and Hugh Tofte late of Hatton, co. Warwick, 'yoman,' and Alice his wife, the heir of Juliana late the wife of Robert Sewe, of the lands formerly belonging to said Juliana in Hatton, viz. as to one moiety to the said Hugh and Alice in tail, with remainder in default to the said John, and as to the other moiety to them for life with the like remainder; bond in 20l. by the said Hugh and Alice.
