Indenture of fine [-]., 10, and post fine in the quinzaine of Hilary, 11 Edward III, between James de Cokyngtone and Maud his wife, querents, and Nicholas, parson of Sottecomb, and Adam [-]., deforciants, of a rent in Blakaueton, Wynston, Bovenetorre, and Bryggeton and of the manor of Cokyngtone, to the said James and Maud for life, with remainder to John, son of the said James, in tail, with remainder in default to [-]. Devon.
