Description

Two documents sewn together: (1) Feoffment by Eichard de Botpethek son and heir of Richard de Botpethek to Otho de Bodrigan of all his land in Botpethek, viz. one acre of land Cornish which Walter de Hendre and Agnes his wife held for the term of her life. Witnesses:—John de Trenoda, Gilbert Brok, Robert Crochard, Thomas Speda, Walter de Botkenner, Gilbert de Coudray, clerk. Endorsed:—Bodpethek. Cornwall. Dated at Pendrim, Sunday [before] St Dunstan the Archbishop and Confessor, 18 Edward II. (2) Fragment of charter by Eichard de Botpethek son and heir of Richard de Botpethek to Otho de Bodrigan; apparently a letter of intendence to his tenant there.
