Witnesses:—John de Trenoda, Gilbert Brok, Robert Crochard, Thomas Speda, Walter de Botkenner, Gilbert de Coudray, clerk. Endorsed:—Bodpethek. Cornwall. Dated at Pendrim, Sunday [before] St Dunstan the Archbishop and Confessor, 18 Edward II. (2) Fragment of charter by Eichard de Botpethek son and heir of Richard de Botpethek to Otho de Bodrigan; apparently a letter of intendence to his tenant there.
