Description

Acknowledgement by Sir John de Aleth that he would warrant, defend and acquit Richard de Reskemmer and his heirs or assigns of all labours, hurts, delays and expenses which could befall him, his heirs or assigns by occasion of his, the said Richard's, homage and service, which Sir John had attorned and assigned him to do to Walter his, Sir John's, son. Witnesses:—Nicholas de Sancto Maugano, Martin de Heligy, John de Trefiury, Henry de Polcroenogou, Richard de Whalebreus. Cornwall.
