Indenture being a feoffment by Richard Carnsuwyow to Richard Goof of Penryn and Meliora his wife and the heirs of the body of the said Richard, of a place of land in the town of Penrynburgh between the place of William Foslogas and the place of John Perkyn of Behethlan; rent 18d. payable half yearly, and suit of court (curie mee legalis) twice a year. Witnesses:—William Trethaek, John Wilcok, Richard Symon, John Alan, John Jeffre. Cornwall. Penryn, Thursday before Whitsuntide, 5 Henry IV.
