Feoffment by Richard Gerard otherwise Pette to John Reskymer, esquire, of all his estate in a place of land formerly void in the town of Bryggeende, between the tenement of Stephen Gerard on the east, the tenement of JohnCarmynowe on the west, and the field of John Courteys on the south; which he lately had by the gift and grant of John Gerard, citizen and woollen draper (lanarii) of London, for forty years, as by charter dated 20 August, 8 Edward IV. Witnesses:—John Arundell, Talfern, esquire, John Gayer, William Yonge. Cornwall. Dated at Bryggeende, 4 June, 11 Henry VII.
