Description

Release by William Lungespee to the abbot of St George of Baskervil and the monks of the same place and their successors and to their men of Wynterburn of all manner of suit to his hundred of Alwardbiri and Wynterburn, which he at any time required from them; that neither the said monks nor their men of Wynterburn should be disturbed concerning the requirement of the said suit thereafter by the bailiffs of himself or his successors he had caused these letters patent to be made. Valete. Wiltshire.
