Description

Indenture being a feoffment by John Traher to Hugh Berowe and Marina his wife and the heirs of their bodies of a parcel of his land lying in Dynys Ya opposite the tenement of the said Hugh between the land of Carnarthur on the east and land of Richard Elyn on the west, and Carn Epscoppe on the north and land of the fee of Lusewan on the south, rendering 3d. sterling yearly at Michaelmas for all service, saving to him and his heirs suit of court twice a year there in the parish called Ya's (in parochia dicta Ye) and not elsewhere. Witnesses:—Peter Trevnwit, Otho Trevnwit, John Polpere, William Launston, Peter Tregena. Endorsed:—Denys Ya. Cornwall. Dated at Porthya (apud Porthyam) aforesaid on the feast of the Purification, 32 Henry VI.
