Deed poll by John Reve cousin and heir of William Reve, clerk, late vicar of the church of Rawnsthorp, viz. son of Thomas Reve brother of the said William, reciting that the said William together with Thomas Chambur, Robert Butevelyn, and others, was seised of the manor of Great Creton and its appurtenances in Great Creton and Watford, co. Northampton, in fee simple, by the gift and feoffment of Thomas Watford, by the name of Thomas Watford of Great Creton, in the said county, by virtue of a charter dated 10 January, 13 Henry IV; and that the said William survived his co-feoffees; release by John to William Hastyng, knight, lord de Hastyng, William Catesby, knight, John Catesby, serjeant-at-law, John Catesby of Olthorp and Thomas Wyndesore, esquires, Thomas Kebeel and Edmund Newnham, of his right in all those lands etc. which were Thomas Watford's in Watford aforesaid. Northamptonshire. 1 June, 17 Edward IV.
