Indenture of demise by Richard Cok of Nortone Kynges to John son of Thomas Dolfin of Toneworth, for the term of his life, of a cottage in Toneworth between lands of Richard Ernald and Thomas de Sydenhale and the highway from William de Folewode's house to Toneworth Church; rendering therefor yearly for the twelve years following the feast of the Annunciation, 21 Edward III, 8d. and doing the services due to the chief lords, and after the twelve years 20s. yearly; with remainder to the said John's heirs and assigns for the residue of the term if he died within the twelve years. Warwickshire. Sunday the feast of the Annunciation, 21 Edward III.
