Description

(1) Indenture being a feoffment by John Willyby of Bobenhull to Thomas de Meryngton, Simon de Catesby, rector of the church of Wolfhamcote, William Brook, chaplain, and John Brook, of all his lands etc. in the town and fields of Bobenhull, co. Warwick, to the intent that, after seisin had, they should re-enfeoff him thereof subject to rent of 13s. 4d. yearly, with right of re-entry in default. Witnesses:— John de Catesby, Edward de Metteleye, John de Napton and others (named). Warwickshire. Monday the morrow of St Gregory the Pope, 14 Richard II. (2) The re-feoffment, dated 1 April, 14 Richard II.
