Indenture, being a feoffment by Henry del Sartery of Coventry to Isabel his daughter of a messuage in the High Street next 'le Pottere Rowe' in Coventry between the tenements late Simon Pat's and Robert Bonhome's; to hold to her and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten; rendering therefor to him and Joan his wife for their lives 16s. yearly; with remainder in default of her issue to Agnes his younger daughter and the heirs of her body, at the like rent, with remainder in default to his right heirs. Witnesses:—John de Clyfton, Roger de Pacwode, coroner of the town of Coventry, and others (named). Warwickshire. 4 June, 8 Edward III.
