Indenture of demise by Margery late the wife of William Dastin of Magna Derset to William le Clerk of Geydon and Joan his wife, William their son and Mary their daughter, for the term of their lives in survivorship, of one rood of meadow in each Longelonde longwise (jacentem in utroque Longelonde in longitudine) in the meadow of Southende and Herdewyke next the meadow of Richard Terry; rendering therefore yearly for twenty-one years next to come after the feast of St Michael, 7 Edward III, a rose on the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist for all service, and thereafter 20s. yearly. Warwickshire. Dated at Derset Magna the feast of St Michael, 7 Edward III.
