Description

Feoffment by John de Welton to John Mallore of Welton of a capital messuage with lands etc. in the town and fields of Welton, which came to him by inheritance on the death of his mother, Ellen late the wife of Thomas Martyn of Welton his father; also of a rent of 2s. from lands etc. there which John Martyn, son of Richard Martyn of Welton then held in fee. Witnesses:—Thomas Tewe the elder and Thomas Tewe the younger, and others (named). Northamptonshire. Friday the morrow of St Martin the Bishop, 13 Richard II.
