Indenture of demise by Margaret Catesby, lady of Lapworth, widow, to George Assheby, Margaret his wife and John their son, from Michaelmas last for their lives in survivorship, of a tenement called 'Ilaton,' late Walter Slye's, and lands called 'Brokshawe' wherein William Persounes lately had a life estate but had surrendered it and by his charter granted it to the said George; and also of the reversion of other lands called 'Pukland,' expectant on the decease of Margaret Assheby his mother; by the rent of 10s. for 'Ilaton,' 5s. for 'Brokshawe,' 5s. for 'Pukland' and a heriot on a tenant's death; repairs to be done by the tenant. 1 March, 17 Henry VI.
