Description

Counterpart of demise by Philip de Alesbury and Agnes his wife to Reginald Ladde of a messuage and land which Walter Kew lately held in Lappeworth; to hold to him, Agnes his wife and Richard their son for their lives in survivorship; rendering to the chief lords the services due and accustomed and to them and their heirs 8s. 1d. yearly, at the terms usual in Lappeworth, and a heriot on the death of a tenant; and doing repairs. Warwickshire. Sunday, the morrow of All Saints, 6 Richard II.
