Description

Counterpart of demise by Emma de Catesby to William Coton, vicar of the church of Watteford, for twenty years, at 40s. and six capons rent, of a capital messuage in Watteford, viz. a hall with two chambers at the end of it, a long house, a dovecot, orchard and garden, a croft called 'Goscroft' with 'le mulnedam,' and lands specified in the fields there. Northamptonshire. Asscheby Leger, the feast of the Annunciation, 10 Henry IV.
