Description

Indenture of demise by John Mallore of Welton, knight, to Gregory Benet of Buckeby, Alice his wife, and William their son, for their lives, of a messuage, 9 acres land and 8 roods meadow in Buckeby, which Sir Henry Maycons of Buckeby, chaplain, formerly held of him for the term of his life at 4s. rent, and which the said Henry had assigned to them for the remainder of his term, rendering 4s. yearly to the grantor during the said Henry's life, and 6s. after his death. Northamptonshire. Monday after Michaelmas day, 12 Edward III.
