Description

Counterpart of indenture being a feoffment by John Stele and John Falclyf, clerks, to John Malory of Welton, esquire, and Elizabeth his wife, for the term of their lives in survivorship of the manor of Welton, which they lately had by his gift and feoffment; with remainder to Ellen his daughter for life, with remainder to John Swynerton, esquire, in tail, with remainder in default to John Bernard and Ellen his wife, daughter of the said John Malory, in tail, with remainder in default to the said John Malory and his heirs. Northamptonshire. 1 April, 7 Henry VI.
