Description

Appointment by John de Bisshopesdon, knight, of Edmund son of Warin as his proctor, in the matter of the advowson of a mediety of the church of Morton Merehull, which, with a certain glebe of the same advowson, he had conveyed to the master and brethren of the hospital of St John, Warrewych; as also in the matter of the grant, made to him by the said master and brethren, of the perpetual ecclesiastical service of two priests, brethren of the said house; authorising the said Edmund to appear before the bishop of Worcester, etc. in his name. Certified under the seal of the deanery of Wych. Dated at Wych. Warwickshire. The feast of St Barnabas, A.D. 1336.
