Feoffment by Robert Hardyng, late citizen and alderman of London, to Thomas Rychemonde, clerk, William Ilger and John Pyke, goldsmiths, John Worsopp, courthand writer, and Robert Chaunterey, fishmonger, citizens of London, of his tenement or messuage, with houses built thereon, in the parish of St Mary Colchirche, London, adjoining a tenement belonging to the Fraternity of Corpus Christi in the Poultry, a tenement of Richard Charleton, knight, and a tenement belonging to the art or mistery of Taylors (cissorum), London; which premises he together with John Hardyng and Geoffrey Gough, of London, goldsmiths (who had released their right therein to him) lately had, to the use of the said Gough, by the gift of John Apseley, esquire. Endorsed: Names of witnesses to delivery of seisin: William Remyngton being then mayor of London and William Purches alderman of the Ward of Chepe, in which the said tenement is. London. 17 December, 16 Henry VII.
