Counterpart of Indenture of demise by John le Baud of Lodyngton, and Rose late the wife of the late William Viel of Swyneford, widow, to John de Tuwe of Welton, and Thomas Tuwe, his son, for their lives and a year over, of a plot of land in Weltone, with hedges, ditches, ponds and stews (rirariis), etc. called 'le Fishwere yierd,' and 5 acres arable there in 'le White Wong.' Northamptonshire. Monday after the Annunciation, 19 Edward III.
