Indenture of release by John Catesby and Richard Merbrook, to Thomas Sydenhale, and Thomas Grene, of all their right in the moiety of the manor of Lappeworth which formerly belonged to Dame Rose Mountfort, and in all other lands and tenements, etc. in Lappeworth formerly belonging to her, and in the manor of Codbarowghe, and in all lands, etc. in Nuthurst, called 'Peches,' 'Sandycroftes,' 'Holwey,' 'Peloryfelde,' 'Longe Crofte,' 'Hethepeche,' and 'Byrchefelde'; also in 16d. yearly rent from a cottage in Nuthurst and in all the lands and tenements, etc. in Toneworth called 'Wygstones,' 'Haumvyles,' 'Goodharplonde,' 'Berfordlonde,' and 'Swanesdyche,' and in a croft which Robert atte Berne held; all which they together with the said Thomas and Thomas lately had of the gift of the said Dame Rose.
