Defeasance of a bond by Thomas Tewe and John Tewe of Welton, to John Malore of Welton, for 40l. to be paid at Michaelmas next; and also of another bond by the said John Malore and Henry le Heyre of Welton, to Thomas Tewe of the same, for 40l. to be paid at the said date; witnessing that if the said Thomas shall stand to the arbitration of the four arbitrators, named, elected respectively on the part of Dame Joan Malore and the said John Malore, her son, and on the part of the said Thomas, concerning all actions between the said Dame Joan, her said son John, and the said Thomas, or to the arbitration of an umpire to be chosen by the said arbitrators, in case they cannot agree, then the said bond by the said Thomas and John Tewe shall be void; also if the said Dame Joan and John her son shall stand to the said arbitration, then the said bond by the said John Malore and Henry le Heyre shall be void.
