Description

Release (manumisi, vendidi et quietum clamavi) by Waleran de Bluntesdune, to Adam the clerk, son of Thomas de Argwillis of Stratton, of Ralph son of Robert Speyle with his offspring and chattels; for this Adam has given him 8s. 6d. before hand and the said Ralph has bound himself (obligavit se fide media) to pay 1d. yearly, for all service, to the said Adam. Witnesses:—Sir John, parson of Stratton, John de Gardino, and others (named). Wiltshire.
