Feoffment by John Holte, to John Catesby and Richard Merbrook, esquires, of all his estate in a messuage called 'Venneplace' in Toneworth, with its appurtenances and in a parcel of land there called 'Calvesley.' Warwickshire. Monday, St John's eve, 5 Henry VI.
