Grant by John le Bel to Richard, the prior, and the canons of Holy Trinity, London, of 1 acre land he bought of William son of Ralph de Highinton in the field called 'Refeld,' between land of Richard Scot and land of William Gargat, and extending on one part on Erningestrate and on the other on land of Alan Vigtamur; rendering therefore 4d. yearly; for this they gave him 10s. gersum. Witnesses:- Ralph son of Fulk, Richard Muschet, John de Marines, Peter Bussel, Walter Hakun, Brian de Trokking, Walter son of Clement, Peter Cook (Coco), Roger del Bek, Peter de Solio, Reyner de Buntinford. Hertfordshire.
