Writing, under the common seal of their chapter, by Margery, the prioress, and the convent of Aunkerwike, notifying Adam de Strattone, Martin de Garschirche, John de Chikewell and William le Taverner that they had granted 28s. quit rent, wherein the said persons were bound to them for divers houses in the city of London, to Adam de Strattone, clerk; and charging the said persons to answer the said Adam therefore. Aunkerwik. London. Tuesday after the Conversion of St. Paul, 54 Henry III.
