Certificate by Rand[ulph] de Mandavilla to G[ilbert], bishop of London, of his confirmation, in perpetual alms, to the canons of the Holy Trinity, London, for the welfare of his soul, and of his wife Ro[esia] and of his heirs, and for the soul of the undermentioned Walter, and of the grantor's father, G[eoffrey], and of all his ancestors, of the grant made to the said canons, by his predecessor, Walter de Mandavilla, of the church of Brumfeld. Witnesses:- William Fuiant, Richard the clerk, Aschetill the doorkeeper (janitore), Robert Becch, Richard de Chevrevilla, and others (named). Essex. [1163-1188]
