Grant by John son of John de Hall and son of Milisant, to Thomas son of Thomas Hyrunside, of Great Hall (Hale), of land in the same town, part called 'Non acre' abutting on Suthbec, parts abutting respectively on Houwesgate, and 'le Bec,' part on the north of Harnehougate, part called 'Astan acre,' part called 'Fendikes' at Fulscard, part called 'Fendic' abutting on Scarthesgate, and part in Douneholm, extending from 'le fendic' to the marsh; for which grant the said Thomas has released to the grantor a plaint which he had against him with regard to a certain agreement which the grantor had broken, viz. as to a bondman (named) of the grantor and his issue and land etc. Witnesses:- Robert Guile of Burton, John son of John de Helpringam, and others (named). Lincolnshire.
