Demise by the lady Matilda the prioress and the convent, of the Blessed Mary of Soppewelle near St. Albans, to Martin Holder of St. Albans, Agnes his wife, and John their son, for their lives, of a tenement and garden in St. Albans, in St. Peter's street, together with part of a certain garden abutting on land of the said prioress. Hertfordshire. 20 March, 19 Richard II.
