Grant by Garn[erius]de Neapol[i], prior of the brethren of the hospital of Jerusalem in England, with the assent of the brethren of the Chapter, to John de Bradene and his heirs, of a virgate of land in Mapoldre, before the house of William Russel, with the moiety of a meadow called 'Dikedemede,' which they had of the gift of John de Mapoldre; at John's death, and that of his successors, the third part of their chattels on the said land shall remain to the said house for the welfare of their souls.
