Confirmation by T[heobald], archbishop of Canterbury and papal legate, to the canons of the Holy Trinity, London, of the grant which William de Ipra made to them of Edredeshyda (Queenhithe), according as King Stephen confirmed it to them; with further confirmation to them of the custody of the hospital of queen Matilda, with the mill, near the Tower of London, with the land belonging thereto, according to the said queen's grant and the confirmation thereof by the King.
