Grant by the King, in frank almoin, to the Knights Templars, of all the land of Harewde, and if they should lose the same by judgment of the King's Court, he undertakes to give them an exchange of the same value. Given by the hand of Master Richard de Mariscis, the King's chancellor, at Warham. Endorsed: 'Clam[ium] fr[atru]m milic[ie] Templi.' Herefordshire. 21 August, 17 John.
