Worc. knight, deceased, to the castle of Penkethley, and two parts of the barony of the same, with divers manors, lands, and tenements, etc. in Penkethley, Scatheropp, and other towns and hamlets in the lordship of Breknokk, which premises were held by the said Sir John Mortymer 'of Edward, duke of Bukkingham, as in right of an olde inheritaunce,' but which Sir Richard Herberd, knight, 'wrongfully hath and kepith,' etc. Brecknockshire.
