Grant by William Wyseman, citizen and draper (pannarius) of London, to Thomas Johnson of Barkyng, 'iremonger,' son and heir of Ralph Johnson, late of Barkyng, 'yoman,' at his request, of a tenement called 'Chesebrokes,' in Dagynham, which, together with Robert Ettell, 'pynner,' and William Awstone, bowyer, deceased, he had, to the use of the said Ralph, of the feoffment of William Baldewyn, John Clerk of Esthull and Henry Pecok, by deed dated at Dagynham.
