Indenture between Sir William More, lord of Abrecorn, knight, of Scotland, and William del Strothre, mayor of Newcastle upon Tyne, witnessing that the said William del Strothre has sold to the said Sir William, for 450l. to be paid as specified, the marriage of Mary, daughter and heiress of Sir William de Duglas, late lord of Liddesdale, (Valle de Ledalle) which the said William had of the grant of Sir John de Bukyngham, attorney of the earl of March. Newcastle-on-Tyne. Scotland. 20 January, 1359.
