Indenture between [Thomas Wolsey], dean of the cathedral church of Lincoln, of the one part, and Master William Fitzherbert, [prebendary] of the said church, and John Port, gentleman, of the other part, witnessing the covenants etc on which the said dean is to hold from the above-mentioned parties of the second part, certain messuages and lands etc in Hakeney formerly belonging to John Fitzherbert and demised by Joan, his widow, to the said parties of the second part, for life: Middx. 10 July, 1 Henry VIII.
